The Little Pips team are passionate about providing care and education to all children that come through our setting

Each member of staff is highly trained and follows an on-going training program, that follows current regulations such as safeguarding, first aid and Prevent to name a few. Little Pips prides itself on having a low staff turnover, where many members of the team have worked at Little Pips for many years.

Each team member in a Key Person position is responsible for their own group of children, these are named after colours (Yellow, Blue, Orange, Purple and Pink).
